Vision

8 weeks ago while shopping I was hit on on top of the head with a heavy weight. While shopping in a department store in the toy department I was checking out sleds on an end aisle. While looking at the sleds on the second shelf the sleds (about 60 of them) fell from the top shelf, all at once, and landed on top of my head, to my shoyulder and then the floor. Caught completely off guard, never saw it coming. I currently have a case going with the store and have been getting therapy on my back/shoulder and neck.
I have always had good vision. However, I have recentyu noticed that after my therapyu,during which time I am face down for approx. 30 min, I have a very difficult time seeing clearlyu. Close seems okayu. Seeing far awayu (4 ft or more) seems to be the problem.
Todayu it took over an hoyur for myu vision to regain it's normalcy. Ir

Any ideas or thoyughts as to what would be causing this?
