Vision

I need some advice here. I got into a car accident but I did not hit my head at all. I was told after some tests that I have taken I need to see a neruologist. I have blurred vison, dizziness and headaches on going. What kind of treatment would I be able to get for this?? I am scared becuase I am having trouble seeing and I get dizzy even when I don't move my head. Thank you
