Undiagnosed Conditions

I tore tendons in my foot in August 2007. The pain was awful. I was in a soft cast for two weeks. Then I had a boot for six weeks. Still in pain. I’ve tried physical therapy and cortisone shots. I’ve tried inserts and heel pads. I also have plantar facistis. I have very tight calves and I am always stretching. My podiatrist has taken three xrays and discovered I have bone spurs too.
