Retinal Detachment

I had the scleral buckle procedure 9 months ago. Three months ago I had actual bleeding from somewhere around the buckle and a subsequent bruised buckle. My doc said dont worry about (I probably injured myself) - within a week it went away. I started wearing the plastic eye patch to bed again. Last week I noticed bruising again and a couple of days ago it bled at night again (actually blood that appears on a tissue). I have a very faint headache everyday. My eye is very red (I believe it is a subconjunctival hemmorhage). I called my doc again and he said not to worry about it. Has anyone had similar experiences with this??

I haven't but it sounds like you might need a second opinion especially if your doctor is just talking to you over the phone with out examing you
