Hi! I am a very active person and I wear contacts. I rely on my contacts even to see my clock at night. I am thinking about switching to the new day and night contacts that are out, but am somewhat concerned. Are they okay to use or are they harmful to your eyes?

There are 2 thirty day continuous use contact lenses - Focus Night and Day and B & L's Pure Vision. I have used the Purevision with great results and the night and day lens looks similar. Both lenses allow maximum oxygen levels to reach your eye while you are wearing it. If you are currently an extended wearer, these are the best lenses to be in.
