After Cataract Surgery

After my cataract surgery, ( left eye ) had great pain ( pressure ), doctor released pressure, I noticed when I looked to my right, In my peripheral vision, I could see a black " curtain " following my eye movement. Is this any thing to worry about? I had my other eye done with no problems at all.
